Look like you?  Can't sleep? Wake tired? Can't go back to sleep?

Recent and ongoing research supports Brainwave Optimization as a sleep enhancing technology!

Brain Wave Optimization Sleep Study.  Wake Forest University completes clinical trials showing the effectiveness of BWO in cases of insomnia and other sleep issues!!!!   If you suffer from poor sleep, insomnia, restless sleep, or any other sleep issue we can help!

WAKE FOREST PUBLISHES SLEEP STUDY

Study finds that Brainwave Optimization effective in the elimination of insomnia.

Abstract

This pilot clinical trial, the first using HIRREM (technical term for Brainwave Optimization) as an intervention, suggests that HIRREM is feasible and effective for individuals having moderate-to-severe insomnia, with clinically relevant, statistically significant benefits based on differential change in the ISI (insomnia screening instrument).

Effects persisted for 4 weeks after completion of HIRREM.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??

The bottom line is that Wake Forest has clinically shown the same thing that we have seen anecdotally in our clients since day 1.  Neuro-Balancing with Brainwave Optimization helps people overcome sleep issues.

This is a HUGE deal.

Sleep deprivation costs society BILLIONS of dollars annually!                                                                                 (http://www.news-medical.net/news/20120203/Sleep-disorders-cost-the-economy-billions.aspx)

Lack of effective sleep is a precursor to many emotional and MENTAL distresses. (http://www.health.harvard.edu/newsletters/Harvard_Mental_Health_Letter/2009/July/Sleep-and-mental-health)

Lack of sleep has been directly linked to weight gain of the INABILITY TO LOSE WEIGHT. (http://www.npr.org/blogs/health/2012/10/17/163018568/poor-sleep-may-lead-to-too-much-stored-fat-and-disease)

How does this process work?

Through passive/non-invasive EEG sensors placed on the scalp, Brain waves are measured for patterns and imbalances identified.  Sound waves sent to the brain through headphones balance the brain patterns allowing for deeper and more restful sleep.

A note - you do not sleep with sensors on your scalp.  This image is only to show who brainwave activity corresponds to sleep patterns.
